Some of these researchers – Weston A. Price\, DDS\, Dr. Francis Pottenger\, Dr. Edward Howell\, Vilhjalmur Stefansson\, Hugh Brody\, and others also discovered that if humans want optimal health\, free of disease\, as seen in the uncolonized Eskimo and Masai tribes\, this can be achieved through eating these same animal proteins and fats uncooked. Our Primal Planitz community is made up of long-standing members and coaches who hit the wall on cooked meats and other ancient and fad diets and turned to eating animal meats and fats uncooked as a last resort.
