This year we are offering several program tracks.
1) Beginners Program: For folks curious about the Primal Diet™ but not necessarily on it and folks on the Primal Diet™ for 0-5 years to ask questions and receive support getting started in the beginning days and years of this journey. Even if you don’t eat raw meat and are curious, we have no judgment. We all were there once. We’ll answer your questions and hold your hand as you explore this way of eating.
2) Intermediate Program: For folks who have been on the Primal Diet™ for 5 years plus and are either wanting to go deeper into how to make the diet work for you, get recommitted to the diet, or look at adjusting your understanding of the diet to better achieve optimal health.
3) Social Program: This is for folks who are not wanting to attend all classes rather just relax in the Primal Planitz™ environment with other link-minded individuals, sharing food, connecting, singing, dancing, and playing with others. On the social track you are are still able to attend one class per day of the conference.
4) Children’s Program: We will be leading structured 2-hour blocks of instruction on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for children 4-14 teaching food preparation, natural fibers, and natural building skills. Each two hour block is $25 additional per child. You must register in advance for these classes.
