Primal Diet™ Monthly Topic Q&A (Virtual) $40

A new topic will be announced each month for a deeper discussion facilitated by a Primal Diet™ coach.
Primal Diet™ 101 (Virtual) $20
March 22nd @ 4-5:30pm EST
This course is for new folks, for veterans, and an opportunity for all to socialize with other Primal Dieters. For folks who are just discovering the Primal Diet™ and would like to learn how to make the transition smoothly, read We Want to Live and The Recipe For Living Without Disease and take Primal Diet™ 101 to understand the basics and get support from our Primal Diet Coaches™. For veterans, bring your questions as this is a chance to ask them of our coaches and get more detailed responses. This course is the first step to becoming a Primal Planitz™ member and being invited to any of our other Primal Planitz™ events.
St. Louis Potluck
First Sunday of the month 2-5pm CT
Join other Primal Dieters in St. Louis. Share food, recipes, and connect with other Primal Dieters’ in the Mid-West.
Community Gathering
In-person potlucks happen in some cities and we are encouraging others to form around the globe. This is a great place to connect with other Primal Dieters, make friends, and meet people. Click here to become a member.
Primal Diet™ Conferences
Come meet other Primal Dieters, learn, share recipes, raw food, and outdoor fun. This is a family friendly, no pets, no drugs, no alcohol event. Veterans, new Primal Dieters, and even if you are just curious and wanting to dip your toes in the shallow end, you are welcome!
